Instructions for new users

In order to have a username and password issued please follow these simple steps:

• Send an email to feedback@safeestates.com

The email must include:

• Your name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Point of contact at Safe Estates, eg. Name of account manager

Once this info has been processed you will receive your new username and password by return email within 24 hours.

Instructions for existing users

Users who have been issed a username and password are reminded that both of these fields are case sensitive. If you are having difficulty logging in please ensure the username is all in lower case and the password has the first letter in upper case and the remainder in lower case.

For example:

• Username: joe.bloggs
• Password: London09

Instructions for changing password

Existing users will be required to change their password every 45 days in order to ensure constant confidentiality.

Changing your password is simple, and can be done in the following way:

• Where you are asked to enter your account please enter your username, prefixed by 'SES\'
  (for example SES\joe.bloggs)
• In the old password field please enter your current password
• Your new password must be at least 7 characters, it must begin with a capital letter, and must include a number/punctuation symbol, and must not be a password you have previously used
• You must confirm your new password to ensure there has not been a mistype

Once you have done this you will be directed to a page where you are told if your attempt has been successful or not.

If successful you will be presented with the green login page, here you are required to enter your normal alpha/numeric green screen password.
